Breakfast and After School Care
The Willesborough Schools Extended School Provision
We can provide before and after school care for your child.
The Willesborough Schools work in partnership to provide Breakfast, After School and Holiday care.
To book a place for your child, you will need to visit ScoPay, our online booking and payment system . These clubs are accessible for families with children on both sites. This will ensure the continuation of care, as the children will have familiar adults who know their needs.
This year, we have started a 7:30am breakfast club. This is an addition to our 7:50am breakfast club and 8:25am early birds club.
Early Birds
8:25am - £1.20 per morning (£6 per week).
Breakfast club
7:30am option - £4.00 per morning (£20 per week).
7:50am option - £3.00 per morning (£15 per week).
After School Club
After School Club will run in 3 sessions and will be priced as below:
3:15pm-4:00pm - £3.50 (£17.50 per week)
3:15pm-5:00pm - £7.00 (£35.00 per week)
3:15pm-6:00pm - £11.00 (£55 per week)

Payment
We only accept online payments for Breakfast & After school clubs. Payment is required, in advance, for each session that your child attends, and must be paid at the start of each week or term. To pay online you will need a copy of your unique code. This was sent out to all pupils, if you did not receive this, please contact the office and they will provide you with this. Once you have this code, please follow the instructions below with the following two options:
I already have a scopay.com account:-
Log on to your account using your existing username and password that should have been sent to you from the school. Select the Link Accounts option from the Your info menu heading and enter the unique online link code to add your account.
I don’t yet have a scopay.com account:-
Visit www.scopay.com/school and enter your details using the Register as a New User.
Follow the instructions on the screen to enter your details and add your unique online link code when prompted.

Contacts
You need to provide the details of three responsible adults (including yourself) who may collect your child from the club. Please ensure that these details are up to date so that we can contact you quickly in the case of an emergency. Only these adults will be able to collect your child unless you have given written permission in advance for another adult to collect.
We ask that you collect your child promptly from the After School Club at 4.00pm, 5.00pm or 6pm, depending on the session you have booked.
Medication
Please ensure that you fill out any medical details and medication that your child takes on the registration form. The club will follow the school policy for giving medicine, and will only administer medication prescribed by a doctor with the child’s name on the prescription label. If your child needs medication, please ensure that you have completed and signed the medication form available from the school office. If your child has asthma medication in school, this will be taken with your child to the club for use as necessary.
At breakfast club children are able to choose what they would like to eat and drink from a selection of healthy breakfast options including cereal, fruit, yoghurts, pancakes, toast and crumpets.
When they have finished their breakfast there is a wealth of toys they can play with to entertain them before they start their school day.
During after school the children can choose from a range of snacks on offer. They can have toast, a sandwich, a crumpet, a piece of fruit or some vegetable sticks.
There are a wealth of toys and activities for the children to enjoy before they go home. Some activities are linked to key celebrations throughout the year.

Holiday Club
During the school holidays and staff development days, we run a holiday club.
This takes place during October half term, the Easter holidays, May half term and during the first four weeks of the summer holiday.
*Please note that our holiday club does not operate on bank holidays.
Cost and Timings:
8:30am-1:00pm - £12.00
8:30am-4:00pm - £18.00
Bookings can be made via Scopay.
A morning and afternoon snack, and a packed lunch needs to be provided by parents/carers.
